Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

At tranlan.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Eligibility Window:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Personalized or customized items

3. Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

4. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team at 801-448-1145 or send an email to alice@trandunnenterprises.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, accessories, and the proof of purchase. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Ship your return to:

5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected (e.g., due to not meeting the return policy conditions), we will notify you and may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at 801-448-1145  or send an email to alice@trandunnenterprises.com for assistance.

7. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at 801-448-1145  or send an email to alice@trandunnenterprises.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 801-448-1145  or send an email to alice@trandunnenterprises.com.
